オンライン入会手続き方法

1. オンライン手続き開始 †

Join IEEE にアクセスし begin membership application をクリック。(1.)

1. Welcome †

学生の場合、"I am applying for student membership (undergraduate or graduate)." にチェック(1.)
Next をクリック(2.)

2. Student Attestation †

学部生の場合は"I am currently a registered undergraduate student"
大学院生の場合は"I am currently a registered graduate student and have graduated from a three to five year academic program"を選択(1.)

専攻を選択(2.)

学術機関から承認されたプログラムを履修しているか選択（多分Yesでいい）(3.)

全プログラムの50%以上がIEEEに関する分野であるか選択（これもYesを選択）(4.)

3. Personal Information †

• Title : Mr., Ms., Dr. などがある。博士号をとってない人は、Mr., Ms. から選べばいいです。
• First/Given Name: 名前(ex. Kenji)
• Last/Family/Surname: 苗字(ex. Kimura)
• Date of Birth Month : 西暦での誕生日
• Gender: 性別なので、どちらかをチェック。(Male : 男性)

4. Contact Information †

• E-mail: メールアドレス(間違えないように!!)
• Phone Numbers:
  • Home: Country Code は国番号(日本 = 81)。その他は 06-68xx-xxxx とかいう電話番号だったら、"Area Code" に "6"、"Phone No." に "68xx xxxx" と入力。Ext. は内線番号があったら入れてください。
  • School: Home と同様。
• Preferred Mailing Address (郵便物の送付先), 家か学校か選択

5. Home Address †

• Line 1 に住所: (ex. x-xxx-xxx Ishibashi)
  • 1行で入力できない場合はLine 2,3も使って入力
• City: 都市名 (ex. Suita)
• State: 県名 (ex. Osaka)
• Contry: 国名 (Japan)
• Zip/Postal Code: 郵便番号 (ex. 563-xxxx)

6. School Address †

• Line 1 に住所: (ex. Onoye Lab, Dept. of Information Science & Technology)
• Line 2 に住所: (ex. 1-5 Yamada-Oka)
• City: 都市名 (ex. Suita)
• State: 県名 (ex. Osaka)
• Contry: 国名
• Zip/Postal Code: 郵便番号 (ex. 565-0871)

3.,4.,5.,6. の入力が終わったら "Next" を押す。

7. School Information †

• Search School Name -> 大学名の一部を入れる(阪大 => Osaka)
• Get School List を押す
• School Name の選択

• Degree Program: 大学生 => "Bachelor of Science", 大学院生 => "Master of Science" を選択
• Program/Course of Study: Engineering でいいと思います。
• Expected Graduation Date: 卒業予定年月
• ページの一番下の "Next" を押す。

8. IEEE Basic Membership Package †

別のソサイエティに入りたい人は適宜チェック。 特に何もなければページの一番下の "Next" を押す。

9. Complete Questionnaire †

• 国際会議、テクニカルサービスなどの情報がメールで流れてくるので 必要ないならチェックする（通常はチェックなしでよいと思います）。(1.)
• 他のIEEE会員から勧誘された場合、その会員の会員番号を入力(2.)
• IEEEの倫理規定を読む。(3.)
• "Next" を押す。

10. Summary †

内容を確認して "Checkout" を選択。

11. Checkout †

クレジットカード情報を入力し、"Checkout" を選択。

12. Receipt †

上の方の "Click here to register for your web account" をクリックして、Web アカウント登録をしましょう。

13. IEEE Web Account - Registration †

• Username : 希望のユーザ名
• Password : パスワード
• Confirm Password : パスワードの確認入力
• Security Identifier : パスワードを忘れたときのために入力
  • Question を選択(maiden は旧姓と思っていただければいいです)
  • Answer を入力
• Confirm E-mail Address : に E-mail アドレスを確認入力

以上の項目の入力が完了したら一番下の "Next" をクリック。

14. メール確認 †

下記のようなメールが届いていれば成功です。

>       To: xxxxx@ise.eng.osaka-u.ac.jp
